- Is there a fee to apply?
It is possible to submit your request free of charge. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“ Board ”) may be charged. In this case, you will be informed about the fee that may be requested from you.
- How soon will your request be answered?
Your application will be answered as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest.
- How will we use your information in the form?
The information you provide in this form will be processed in order to verify your identity, fulfill your request and protect our rights in case of a possible dispute.
